Denman Pride Fund Annual Campaign
The Denman Pride Fund is our direct giving campaign and the most immediate way to financially contribute to our school.
Middle school is just three short years, and your donation has a positive effect right now for your children and the community that surrounds them.
The PTSA builds on Denman's strengths by complementing the core curriculum. PTSA funds touch every aspect of school life, with strong emphasis on a well-rounded student experience.
Funds pay for books, STEAM Night supplies, educational games, teaching applications, student incentives, and more.
Donations enhance student experiences outside the classroom with grade-level camping and picnics, Denman Pride BBQs, Black Student Awards, History Night, and graduation activities.
Clubs and electives have been able to provide enriching experiences, supplies, and materials thanks to these funds.

Every dollar counts toward our $25,500 goal. Please consider donating what you can. We’d love to receive a donation from every family, but we know not every family can give at this time. If it fits your budget, consider giving a superstar donation of $500 ($42 per month) to help cover the costs for families who can’t donate right now. The advisory class in each grade with both the highest % of SIGNED forms and an average donation of $5+ per student will win a class celebration! Look for the flyer coming home (shown below), and return the form at the bottom by December 17, 2025 to help your child's class win, even if you donated online or can't donate at this time. If you have connections to restaurants who will donate, or you are willing to donate a food purchase instead of cash, we would be happy to give you a receipt for your tax-deductible donation. This approach allows us to feed our staff and students more often while keeping our hospitality expenses down.

Your Denman Pride Fund donation can go twice as far! Many employers match your donation to the PTSA. Contact your Human Resources administrator for details on how your company can join you in supporting James Denman Middle School.
Ensure that your matching fund donation is made payable to “James Denman PTSA,” which is an IRS 501 (c)(3) charitable organization (federal tax ID # 90-0914298).

Please consider sponsoring our spring fundraising auction to offset costs of software, publicity, and credit card processing fees.
We offer four levels of sponsorship:
Platinum ($500+)
Gold ($250+)
Silver ($100+)
Contributor (up to $100)
Sponsors will be listed in the online auction catalog, which will link to the business website and display the business logo if one is provided or the webmaster can find a suitable image online.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay are accepted. No PayPal account required.
You can also sponsor the auction via check, which saves us processing fees. Make checks payable to “James Denman PTSA” and write “Auction sponsor” in the memo. Hand your check to Ms. Liany in the office or mail your gift to: Denman PTSA Auction, 241 Oneida Ave, San Francisco, CA 94112. Please return this form with your check, or include your name or business name as you would like to be credited, your email to receive a donation receipt, and website so we can link to your business, if applicable.
