Denman hoodie GIVEAWAY—enter by Sunday, Sep. 15

One lucky person will win a Denman hoodie to show off your Denman pride! Enter by 9pm on Sunday, Sept. 15. Three ways to enter:

Each method gets you one entry! Winner will be drawn at the Wed., Sep. 18 PTSA General Association meeting. Need not be present to win, but we hope you come to be informed and see who wins!

Thanks for a great Back to School Night

It was great seeing everyone at Back to School Night on Sep. 11! We hope everyone had a good time meeting staff and seeing each other.

The PTSA food sale at Back to School Night raised $630 for teacher supplies, clubs, program grants, and more. Thanks to all who helped, baked, and bought, and thank you to GUM for the dental products that we handed out to families to stay healthy after enjoying the treats!

Seeking a PTSA parliamentarian

Have you wanted to know more about the community at Denman and where PTSA donations go? Volunteering on the PTSA Executive Board is a great way to learn. Join us as parliamentarian! It's a low key but needed position for the 2024–25 school year. Responsibilities:

• • Manages parliamentary procedure, chairs bylaws committee (every 3 years), arranges nominating committee.

  • Bylaws only has 15 pages of actual rules! Piece of cake.

Next Coffee with Admin — Friday, Oct. 6

Join us in the library for the second Coffee with Admin of the year! Hear updates from Denman administration and community-based organizations, connect with other families, and get your questions answered. Great for new-to Denman families, but returning families are always welcome. Fun prize drawing every month, too!
